Can I migrate from Mindbody or Vagaro?
Yes. Export your data from your current software and send it over: we set up your studio (clients, passes, remaining credits, schedule) and hand it back ready to use. Included, not billed.
Where does my clients’ money go?
To your Stripe account, so to your bank account. Ritmello is never in the payment path and takes nothing. You pay the subscription, that’s it.
What if I want to leave?
Settings → “Export all my data”. You get a complete JSON file immediately: clients, history, payments, bookings. No notice period, no phone call.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Your public page works in any browser, on any phone. Booking takes one step: name and email.
What happens when a class is cancelled?
