Your migration is done for you, free
Export your data from your current software (a CSV file is enough) and send it over: we import your clients, their passes and their remaining credits, and hand you back a studio ready to use. Nothing is created without your confirmation, and re-running an import never creates duplicates. Included, not billed.

Is Deciplus a bad product?
No. Deciplus is an established French vendor with a broad feature set and solid references. The disagreement is about the shape of the price: we do not think a studio should have to trade modules off against each other to hold a budget.
I have fewer than a hundred members, so it is the same price.
Today, yes, except that the branded app and the modules are billed on top. The real comparison point is your hundredth member: at Ritmello that threshold does not exist.
Can I migrate from Deciplus?
Yes. Export your members, their passes and remaining credits as CSV, send them over, and I run the import free, with a preview you approve before anything is created.
